Evidence:
This semester I have formed a wondering and conducted research on it to improve my instruction and track student achievement. My wondering was "how can I incorporate more formative assessment into my instruction to track student progress and combat misconception". From there I incorporated plickers at the beginning of lessons or at the beginning of the day to get a quick snapshot of student understanding and track it instantly to reflect on over time. I was able to use the research I collected to create my lesson plan as well as reflect on my lesson.
