Evidence:
In level 4 internship, my goal has been to continue my level 3 inquiry in addition to starting a new inquiry. With that being said, everyday for the past 7 weeks, we have Incorporated pinch cards into instruction to gauge student understanding of previously learned content. The pinch cards are a quick activity where students pinch their answer (A,B,C) and my CT and I track their answers. Immediately after the students pinch their answers, I ask a student to tell me what they think the answer is and why. After the student answers the question, regardless of if they answered it correctly or incorrectly, I will give specific feedback as to how to get the correct answer. Many times it may include utilizing a resource within the room or using a strategy that we have been using all year. By giving specific feedback on how to answer these questions, student's are getting a refresh on where to access their resources within the room which will help promote achievement.
